I see I'm not the only one that had such a poor experience except my experience with them has been 10x worse. First time they sent me a damaged product (online order) and they just ignored me when I sent them photos of it.
So I ordered some goods a month ago and finally recovered my money from paypal as they did not supply.
Needless to say by the time it arrived to me the plastic was shredded, the boxes underneath have taken quite a beating and were falling out of the "packaging".

this morning i ordered the Hitachi triple аркада казино hammer impact kit set from Sydney tools with express delivery, when i got home to check on it i noticed that it had these white smudges on it with random minor scratches a 5mm cut to the back of the rubber layer just wondering if this is normal with a *brand new tool* not really sure how it could have even got those scratches and smudges when its in its own box.
I think most people ordering through them though still get their items within a reasonable timeframe and are happy with the cheap prices.

It sounds like the online purchasing experience is different. I would suggest that if concerned you buy via eBay where there is a feedback system that you can use.
